You’re not into a candy bar or a cupcake/cake bar? Why not give this milk and cookies bar a chance! Who doesn’t love a soft cookie or an oreo cookie dunked in milk.. Yums!
And this bar is a celebration of all things cookies and milk with a dash of rustic charm.
All you need is:
- Fresh Milk
- Soft cookies of your choice
- Oreo cookies
- And last but not least, JRIM rentals (see below for the list of rentals used)!
Instructions:
- Assemble JRIM’s folding table and place it in the desired location.
- Place a rustic table runner (if you have one) diagonally on the left side of the table.
- Place the metalwares and logs. My way is to arrange for the the tall to short items to be placed from left to right. And I turned JRIM’s round metal serving tray (MW05) into a cake stand by combining it with the beverage tub/metal stand (MW02). So if you need a rustic metal cake stand, that’s the combo you’d need to rent!
- Place one round metal serving tray for the milk bottles. Arrange the milk bottles on the tray together with the paper straws.
- Pour the chilled milk into the glass bottles with stoppers and arrange them in the 20L metal bucket.
- Place the oreo cookie cake onto the ‘metal cake stand’, a good tutorial on how to make an oreo cookie cake here.
- Arrange the rectangular plates next to the tray of milk bottles and place the soft cookies on top of them.
- Place any other floral arrangements or décor items (if any).
- Move things around, if required, to find a nice balance to everything in the whole setup. And now, your guests can enjoy a serving of chilled milk and their choice of cookie!
