How to place an order or request a quotation

New to our website or our long time customer and want to know how to use our new “add to cart” system and real time availability, just watch the video!

All requests to place an order/quote will have to go through our Add to Cart system. No payments required to submit a request via our add to cart system.

**Update: We now have real time availability on our cart system, once you’ve selected the dates of your rental period, the availability of each item will be listed under its respective names (both in the cart and on the individual product page). The cart will no longer allow customers to book items that are unavailable or to book for quantities beyond what’s available. If you encounter an issue with the cart not allowing you to proceed, kindly ensure that you’ve selected items in the quantities that is available only. To remove an item from the cart, just enter “0” in the quantities section under the product in the cart.

Instructions

  1. Click on the catalog to check out our range of items
  2. To check the real-time availability of our items for your preferred rental period, click on the shopping cart at the bottom right of the page and select the pick-up date, return date, and timing that you prefer.
  3. Click APPLY
  4. To start browsing, scroll through our catalog.You can open new tabs for items you might be interested in, or just click on the green preview button to get more info on the item. Prices listed are for our standard 5-day rental period.
  5. On a product’s page, the description, dimensions, rental price, stock quantity, and REAL-TIME AVAILABILITY are listed.
  6. The amount available can be ADDED TO CART if you would like to rent the item
  7. The product page will state when a product is UNAVAILABLE on the dates you requested.
  8. You will need to remove any UNAVAILABLE items from the cart by reducing the amount if you want to proceed with your order
  9. You can keep adding available items that you would like to rent and choose the amount needed as well.
  10. Once done, click on SUBMIT REQUEST to process your order
  11. You can check the dates and items once again and click on BACK TO WEBSITE if you need to change the dates for your order or if you’d like to add more items to your cart.
  12. After editing, click on SUBMIT REQUEST once more
  13. Fill up your details and  let us know if you need a delivery service. Provide your billing info if you require it to be on the invoice.
  14. Click on Complete Checkout to submit your order. No payments is required until we’ve sent you an invoice together with the security deposit required for your order.

If you’ve added the items to cart first and/or opt for self pick up, follow the steps in this video instead:

Instructions

  1. Click on the catalog to view our list of items.
  2. Browse through our catalog and click on an item that you would like to rent.
  3. Select the quantity of the item you would like to rent and click ADD TO CART. Note our stock quantity and other info. Price stated is for our standard 5-day rental holding period.
  4. Continue browsing and adding items to the cart. Use the RELATED PRODUCTS feature to find other amazing items that go well with the item you are viewing.
  5. One you are ready to place your order, head to the cart and select the pick up & return date you would like. For self pick up, make sure you select a date and time according to our store’s operating hours and click apply.
  6. If one or more of the items is not available during your chosen dates, a warning will pop-up. You will need to remove or alter the amount of items accordingly to the amount available as provided in the cart. The system will not allow you to submit a request if you’ve selected quantities that are more than what’s available and/or if the item is completely unavailable.
  7. If you wish, you can continue adding available items to your cart. Once the dates has been selected, real-time availability can be seen on the product page.
  8. Proceed to submit your request once completed. Fill up your details and let us know if you need a delivery service. Provide your billing info if you require it to be on the invoice.
  9. Click on COMPLETE CHECKOUT to submit your order. No payments is required until we’ve sent you an invoice together with the security deposit required for your order.
